Ordering Products

Warranties

Warranty:

BRUNO BOARDs warrants that our stand up paddle boards sold through our website are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or any other form of damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use.

If a product is found to be defective, the customer must contact [BRUNO BOARDs] immediately to initiate a warranty claim. [BRUNO BOARDs] will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges.

Misuse:

The customer acknowledges that the use of our SUP boards involves inherent risks and assumes all responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of our products. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, use in extreme conditions, use in shallow water, extreme weather temperatures, or any other high-risk activities.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold BRUNO BOArds, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the misuse, abuse, or neglect of our products.

By purchasing our SUP boards, the customer agrees to these Warranty and Misuse Terms. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province/country in which [BRUNO BOARDs] is located. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the European Arbitration Association.
